What you will be doing in the FP&A role:
Reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, the Financial Analyst will partner with the Global FP&A team and leadership team to provide key analyses and recommendations on operational improvement projects and other business priorities.
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials
- Identify process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards

Who you are as a FP&A Professional:
- Someone with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related field
- 4+ years of FP&A experience in Manufacturing
- Technically savvy with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel: data query/data management tools (access, SQL, Business Objects)
- Hands on knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion and/or Power BI is a plus
